The slide hammer is pricey and doesn't do a good job on #5 and #6 injectors. There is not enough room to use the slide hammer under the cowl.

Replacement of a Dodge® Cummins® diesel injector is fast and easy! To use, assemble the injector puller onto the injector. Place the tube over the injector body, followed by the hardened washer and nut. Tighten the nut and even the most stubborn Cummins® injector will pop right out. GUARANTEED!

This heavy duty injector tool is made from heavy wall tube. We custom make hardened washers to fit each injector size. The hardened nuts are made for us, as off the shelf items don't exist.  We could have used cheap unhardened nuts, but chose the higher priced items, because diesel owners demand the best. The Tork Tool CIP020 Cummins® injector puller will work on the large injectors from 94 to 98. The second gen Cummins® injectors have a 14MM x 1.5 thread. The CIP010 works on the small injectors (12MM) from 1989 to 93 only. The Tork Tool CIP030 is for 1989 to 98 Cummins® diesel engines.
